Levitate Recruitment have been commissioned on an exclusive basis to recruit a Senior Manager to lead an Audit & Accounts team for a well renowned Regional firm of Chartered Accountants. The firm are looking for someone to become a key member of the leadership team and progress into a Directorship role within 18 months.
As a Senior Manager you will work closely with the Partners in devising and maintaining a structured program to influence people development and you will assist in the control of workflow providing technical assistance when required.
The role offers great variety and will cover;
- Practice Management
- Team Management
- Business Services – Financial Accounts & Advisory
- Ad-hoc Corporate Finance projects
The client is looking for someone that meets the following criteria;
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience
- Experience of managing teams and resource planning
- This firm are unable to offer VISA sponsorship to work in the UK.
