Levitate Recruitment is seeking an exceptional accountancy professional to join a Top 20 accountancy practice in their corporate finance team in Manchester. With a strong increase in its corporate finance deal pipeline, the firm has been able to provide full-service corporate finance advisory for organizations and investors.

Responsibilities:

• Appraisal of plans and financial projections
• Close collaboration with the lead deal person
• Involvement in deal origination to completion
• Review of due diligence and valuation reports
• Preparation of business plans and sales memorandums
• Conducting market research and preparing reports
• Development of complex financial models for projections and challenge forecasts
• Assistance in negotiations with clients, stakeholders, and legal bodies
• Attendance of client meetings
• Communication with clients, intermediaries, and targets
• Lead generation and networking

Requirements:

• Qualification as ACA, CA, or ACCA, with strong first-time pass grades and a minimum 2.1 degree
• Background in Audit, with secondments or exposure to other business areas being an advantage
