We are currently seeking a highly motivated Insolvency Assistant Manager for a well-established insolvency practice in Kings Langley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled insolvency professional seeking a challenging and progressive role.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and Bankruptcies.
• Ensuring effective case management from pre-appointment to progression and closure.
• Providing guidance and leadership to junior team members, aiding in their professional development.
• Assisting with business development activities, expanding the firm’s client base and work-providing network.
• Liaising with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise communication throughout each case.
• Managing statutory reporting processes and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience within the insolvency sector, preferably in a senior role.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.
• Relevant insolvency qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with insolvency software.
