Our client, a specialist Insolvency Practice based in the Cayman Islands, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insolvency Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an appointment taker with a proven track record in business development and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Taking formal appointments as an insolvency practitioner, including managing cases from start to finish
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Driving new business and securing new clients for the firm
• Managing and leading a team of insolvency professionals
• Ensuring that work is delivered to a high standard

Requirements:

• Qualified Insolvency Practitioner with a minimum of 10 years of experience
• Proven track record in business development and work winning
• Experience as an appointment taker in a senior insolvency role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous offshore experience would be highly advantageous
