We are on the lookout for an experienced Insolvency Manager to join our client, a boutique firm in Bury. This role is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned insolvency professional to take a leadership role and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing a wide-ranging portfolio of insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and Bankruptcies.
• Taking responsibility for case progression from initial stages through to closure.
• Developing and mentoring junior team members, encouraging professional development and growth.
• Contributing to business development efforts, cultivating relationships and expanding the firm’s network of work providers.
• Navigating and negotiating with various stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, and solicitors.
• Ensuring all cases are handled in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in insolvency, ideally in a managerial role within a boutique firm.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• A relevant insolvency qualification would be beneficial.
• Proficient with standard IT systems and insolvency software.
