They are seeking an entrepreneurial Insolvency Practitioner who is eager to lead and develop this new venture.

The Role:

This is more than just a position; it’s a chance to pioneer and shape an entire insolvency offering. You’ll be the driving force behind this new service, leveraging your expertise to establish and grow the insolvency division.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and leading the firm’s insolvency services.
• Managing a diverse range of insolvency cases from the ground up.
• Developing and implementing strategies for the growth and success of the division.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive client solutions.
• (While not essential) Utilising business development skills to identify and seize market opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified and experienced Insolvency Practitioner.
• Proven track record in managing a broad spectrum of insolvency cases.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a vision to develop a new business area.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience in business development would be highly advantageous.
