We’re working with a leading insolvency and restructuring specialist in Sydney that is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, whether you’re already based in Australia or considering a move overseas.

The Role:

As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency appointments. Working closely with experienced Partners and Managers, you’ll be involved in a variety of cases including voluntary administrations, liquidations, and receiverships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of corporate insolvency appointments from start to finish.
• Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and statutory documents.
• Liaise with directors, creditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Attend meetings and conduct investigations into company affairs where required.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior staff members.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate insolvency.
• Strong understanding of insolvency processes and regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
• CPI or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
