Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a small team of insolvency administrators, guiding them through complex cases and ensuring professional development.
• Take the lead on a diverse range of insolvency cases, ensuring each is handled efficiently and in compliance with statutory regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the firm’s operational efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure the team adheres to all legal and ethical standards, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an insolvency management role, with a strong track record of successfully overseeing cases.
• Excellent leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing less experienced staff.
• Thorough understanding of insolvency procedures and legislation.
